The suit, which also names Kardashian's siblings Khloe, Kourtney and Robert Jr., alleges they ran up the charges while Kim worked as Brandy's stylist in 2006 and 2007. It seeks the return of Brandy's money plus 10 percent interest. Kim Kardashian denied the allegations, claiming she and her siblings had Brandy's permission to make the purchases. "We have her signature on all items," Kardashian says. In the lawsuit, Brandy's mother, Sonja Norwood, who is also her manager, alleges Kim Kardashian had only been authorized in 2004 to make one purchase on Brandy's American Express card in Kim's then-capacity as a stylist. But later, Kardashian made unauthorized purchases and passed on Brandy's card number to her siblings, who also then made unauthorized purchases, including for items in two Kardashian family-owned clothing stores, Dash and Smooch, for a total of $120,636.

The man who provided prosecutors most of the information that led to Michael Vick's arrest was sentenced to two months in prison Friday for his role in the NFL star's dogfighting ring. The details are starting to emerge in the Sean Taylor killing and story gets more sordid by the day. Apparently one of the killers is the cousin of the boyfriend of Sean's half-sister Sasha Johnson. The accused are the confessed shooter, 17-year-old Eric Rivera, 17-year-old Jason Mitchell, 18-year-old Charles Wardlow, and 20-year-old Venjah Hunte. Sean and his half sister Sahsa did not grow up together, but after he made it to the NFL, he bought his mother a $900,000 house and invited Shasha and his half brother to come live in it. Fast forward, Sasha has a party for her 21rst birthday at Sean's house Thanksgiving weekend and invited her longtime boyfriend Christopher Wardlow, cousin of suspect Rivera Wardlow, who brought suspect Jason Mitchell, who had cut grass for Sean in the past. According to reports, the shooting resulted from a burglary gone bad because the killers did not expect Sean to be home and shot him in the upper thigh after he surprised them at his bedroom door. The bullet damaged the femoral artery in Sean's leg, causing significant blood loss. Sean never regained consciousness and died a little more than 24 hours later.

Oscar-nominated director John Singleton accidentally struck and killed a pedestrian, a Los Angeles police spokesman said late Friday.John Singleton directed "Rosewood," "Baby Boy," "Shaft" and "Four Brothers" after "Boyz N the Hood."Constance Russell, 57, of Los Angeles, died at a hospital a few hours after the accident Thursday evening, Los Angeles Police Officer Jason Lee said. Russell was not using a crosswalk when she stepped in front of Singleton's car, Lee said. According to a preliminary police investigation, Singleton was not under the influence of drugs, alcohol or any other substance and was permitted to leave after being questioned.However, Lee said because the victim was killed, the case has been turned over to the district attorney's office for review.Singleton, 39, earned two Academy Award nominations for his 1991 debut film "Boyz N the Hood." That film also won him an MTV Movie Award as best new filmmaker.

The suspect in the murders, 38-year-old Rolandas Milinavicius, turned himself in to East Point authorities Saturday.
